Return Policy

ONLINE POLICY

  • If an item is bought online through www.vanellaindia.com , it must be returned online via our local customer support or in certain cases through the nearest store. Any item bought on a third party website is not our responsibility.
  • The exchanged item would be delivered by the same airway bill. (the same location as the first purchase).
  • We accept FREE returns and exchanges within 15 business days if the item is not opened. The shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless they’ve received the wrong products.
  • If in the rare occasion, the product has a genuine defect or quality issue it can be exchanged within 15 business days after we inspect that the products are not used, altered or damaged by the customer. The shipping charges will be borne by Vanella-Traders.
  • Items that are on sale or given as gifts will not be exchanged or refunded.              

Notes:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product within 15 days. No refunds or exchanges will happen after 15 days.
  • All invoices must be present in good condition at the time of exchanges and refunds.

How to exchange, cancel and refund

You can call or WhatsApp us on +918884957888 or contact us via email at [email protected].if you wish to return the product and we will schedule a return for you. Please note the timing for calls is from 10AM – 6 PM from “Monday to Friday“, and you can contact us on WhatsApp at any time.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Refunds will only be completed for credit card payment. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. The refund process will be initiated when we confirm the receipt of the product. The refund process can take up to 15 business days once we’ve initiated the process.
For Cash on delivery a voucher will be sent to your email account, you can use it to buy other products from our website or you can refund the amount of order through bank transfer and it may take 15 days to refund amount.
If you wish to cancel your order you can do it by logging into your account or by informing us through our email address or contact number within 24 hours of purchase.

IN STORE POLICY

Return / Refund Policy: If an item is bought through a Vanella-Traders store will be returned and refunded from a Vanella-Traders store, refunds will be completed as per the mode of payment that was done at the time of purchase i.e. cash or credit card. The refund process will be initiated when we confirm the receipt of the product. The credit card refund process can take up to 15 business days once we’ve initiated the process.
